Ming dynasty military fort, the western end of the Great Wall
Jiayuguan Pass Wenchang Pavilion Taoist palace. In Gansu Province, southwest of Jiayuguan City, Jiayuguan Pass, outside the east urn. Also known as Wenchang Hall.
Legend has it that it was created in the Ming Dynasty and rebuilt in the second year of the Qing Dynasty (1882).
Upper and lower two floors, heavy eaves hysterical roof, the upper floor has lattice doors and windows, surrounded by corridor, vermilion lacquer wooden columns surrounded by wood carving flower fences, the lower level of corridor surrounded by and built wooden ladder, can be ascending the floor.
The total floor area of more than one hundred square meters, for the old worship of Wenchang God’s place.
